    Question Regarding Apple Return Policies

    Any reply is greatly appreciated. If I purchase an item from apple (online), can i return it at the apple store.

    i am not to sure, but to get the most accurate information i would say give the apple store a call and see what they tell you.

    Yeah, I'd like to know this too. If you do call them, let us know what they tell you. I'm hoping that they will let you return it as long as you haven't done any modifications to it.

    I would say, Apple has the worst return policy among computer manufacturers, although I have heard that they are very good at getting you replacement. But return and refund, NO. They charge 10% restock fee and you can't even return CTO products, which I assume include all notebooks except maybe if you didn't add any options.

    I am unsure of the return policy, but if you are thinking of doing a straight return plan on paying a restocking fee. And that goes for about any notebook. Remember, these are $1000+ items. Stores and companies don't want to have to take that kind of hit. My suggestion would be to try to be as positive about your decision as possible. That way hopefully you won't have to return it.
