    Maybe im going to buy a second hand MacBook(not the MacBook Pro).
    Is there any Graphic Card in the MacBook?
    and also the owner said that its already installed with Windows Vista Business.
    Can i upgrade the vista to windows 7? will it deleted the Mac OS?

    MacBooks have integrated graphics that range from bad to OK depending on the age of it... You should be able to update to Win 7 without too many issues.
