Hi, I just purchased a 12" G4 Ibook and Im very happy with it [ :D]

The only problem that I might have is that when I use the computer with the battey it seems that it is discharged very easily. For example, when it is plugged in with the ac adapter the little icon of a battery (with the percentage % enabled to see how it is charged) appears with only 99% and never with 100%, then I use it with the battery and it is crazy because I see that about 10 minutes or less I loose 5% (from 99 to 94%) and first the battery told me that it will last 4:30 but now it told me that will last 3:40! it is really bad?? or am I just over reacting?

    sorry for my english !

You should see the whole time that your laptop battery lasts for. The show-time-left function is just an estimation program caculated based on your notebook work load at the point you check it. Also, you can use the notebook default utility program to excersize the battery to see if you can correct battery calibration. And, you can see here for more battery tips. http://ebuybatteries.com/battery_knowledge/battery_faq.asp#battery-not-full
