I used super duper to copy the contents of my 120gb to a 160gb hdd that was in an external enclosure. And after super duper finished copying it i made it bootable. Everything works but there are little hang ups with windows. Sometimes the minimize button is greyed out or sometimes its yellow. Even when its yellow and i click it it starts the genie effect gets about half way through and the app freezes. Then i just have to quit the app. And sometimes i can't select the window i want, it gets unselected at random intervals.

I think that you have to use Disk Utility to make a more robust carbon copy of your HD. Super Duper is a 3rd party backup application, and therefore might not have access to some high level OS X files.

Allright i'll try that. Because right now the dock doesn't always show up either.
