When I turn on my Mac, Windows automatically boots up unless I hold the Option key and choose OS X. Is there a way I can reverse this?

On boot, hold alt/option to bring up the boot selection screen, choose Mac OS X. While in OS X go to system preferences -> startup disk, and select OS X

You can do this from the Windows Boot Camp control panel as well.
