Yeah, these threads are on like every computer related forum but it's always interesting to see how people have their Macs setup. Although you can't customize OS X a whole lot (without third party software), I always find one or two things (menu bar items, etc.) that I incorporate into my own. Anyways, I'll start it off. ;) Try to keep the width under 1024px if you can. Thanks!

Well, they expand when I mouse over them, and otherwise I don't like them taking up too much room. Plus I just recently cleaned it up a bit - at one point there were a lot more down there and it was getting kind of bloated.

Here's that R1 again with Cleardock
    [IMG]
My coworker had an R1 and it got stolen at the jobsite. The insurance paid for it so he bought another. Next thing I know he's got an anxious look on his face running down the halls; it was stolen again. I've got nowhere to keep one anyway without it getting banged up.

Nothing special going on here. I just can't remember if my desktop is from OSX or if I borrowed it from Vista ;). My favorite desktop site is InterfaceLIFT, peace.

The easiest way is the upload the picture via an image hosting site, such as www.imageshack.us, and then copying the Direct Link to it and in your post, type this:

Its not a dumb question, and its important you ask, so now you know :). If you didn't know and don't ask, then you're dumb ;).

Hey.. That thing in the top of your screen (forgot what it's called??), that shows Temp and RPM.. What is it, and how do i get it??

    And what is "Clear Dock"??

And Danubio, how do you get your upper bar to be "see through"?? And the Dock?? Is it Leopard, or a custom downloadable one??

    Sorry for all the questions..

I usually use something from InterfaceLIFT though. They have some great stuff.
