Is it possible to synch an audiobook on one computer to two different iphones?

Yes. You could sync purchased audiobooks to 34957937498579387507234759832948570932749857374598 different iPhones, iPods, and iPads if you wanted. Of course, if you are syncing to an iPhone that isn't normally synced to your computer, you will have to manually sync it. Either that or give the audiobook to the other person, authorize their computer to playback content purchased under your account, and let them sync it.
