I got a new MBP at the apple store on friday along with the 2 year AppleCare extended warranty.

The only thing is I can not figure out how to activate the warranty, and it is not showing up along with my apple ID when logged into apple support.

Do I need to activate the extended warranty? Should I be worried that I got an email confirming my registration of a new apple iPod Touch instead of my MBP?

    Thanks

I got an iPod Touch warranty confirmation, too. Rather bizarre! Wouldn't worry about that part...
