I use mSecure. I was using keepass but I got tired of not being able to update the db on my nexus 4.

mSecure costs a little money to license for all my platforms but I currently have it on my mbp, windows gaming notebook, and android phone and tablet. There is also an iOS app. I have them all synced using the dropbox integration and it's working efficiently and flawlessly.

I use mSecure as well. That's the best money I ever spent on any phone/tablet app...ever.
