Wow, lots of virtualization news these past two days.

Parallels announced a new beta today that adds support for Expose in Coherence mode, as well as support for iPhone and an improved Explorer. This new beta is available for download on Parallels' website for existing Parallels users (trial or full version). I've added this to the sticky.

I should have figured that Parallels would not sit back and watch VMWare Fusion take the glory... I already paid for the 1.0 version of Fusion. Oh well.

Do you think Parallels will have the same deal as Fusion, where people can buy the app for $40 instead of $80? Probably not.

Eh, I'll consider regretting my decision to go with VMWare Fusion if Parallels drops down to $40 and adds dual-core and 64-bit support. Otherwise, I don't think these two are different enough to warrant me paying an extra $40 :p
