    Hi,

I wonder if anyone has figured out how to set THE SAME background to all Spaces in OS X Lion. Currently there is a different background on all of the spaces. Making changes requires visiting the spaces one by one. And all I seem to find with Google are praises how cool this is, and no info how to turn it off.

I find it annoying and would like to set THE SAME background to all Spaces. I have a big collection of wallpapers and I had them set to randomly rotate in both Mac OS X and Windows. However, I do not want different pictures on different spaces, rather the same one.

If anyone knows how to switch off this annoying feature, please let me know :) Thanks!

A quick Google search showed no way of disabling different backgrounds across multiple desktops, but at least the differing wallpapers allow you to distinguish between multiple desktops.

Yes, but have you tried to change the main desktop wallpaper and see if the other spaces change along with it? That's what the OP wants to do. I can't find any solution.
