When I need to take my laptop to class, I always close the lid of the laptop, wait for the fans to turn off, unplug the magsafe and put in in my backpack.

When i get my laptop from my bag, the computer is vibrating (its on) and its burning.

    what should i do?

You should always turn off or hibernate a laptop before placing it in a bag. Even putting it into standby/sleep can cause thermal issues...
I know this isn't really your question but just letting you know.

Make sure there are no continously running programs in the background, and check your CPU usage and Activity Monitor to see if there are any programs being run for no reason. That might solve your problem, but let us know what happens. ;)

Anything plugged in (or wirelessly attached) can wake it up... i've seen people who use like a bluetooth mouse and it wakes the machine up while in a bag. Some programs in the background that has to run activities on the hard drive can wake it back up...
