    No delete key is angering

    Is there any way to assign a key to delete? so I don't have to move the tying cursor to behind letters and hit backspace (the mac delete key). Is there no key on the MBP that functions like a tradional delete key for windows? Also in bootcamp there is still no key recognized as that. Help me! not being able to delete characters from in front of the word is angering and not being able to shift-delete in windows is so time consuming and angering as well.

    Yeah...you could just get a Dell....lol...

    No, but seriously, do macs have shortcuts that you can assign to certain keys? Perhaps if they do you can assign a button combination to delete for you?? (I know windows has that...not sure about macs though...)

    Fn+Delete for Delete funcationality.
    Command+Delete to delete files in Finder.
    Fn+Shift+Delete for instant delete of files in Windows Explorer.
