No Turbo Boost at all, clock speed stays mostly at 1.9GHz and does not idle at 800MHz properly. Any others with this issue?

In case any of you want to have Turbo Boost, look for Throttlestop by UncleWebb. It works wonders to unlock the processor from 1.9GHz. And Power Limits are unlocked.

Apparently the processor does not Turbo in Windows only, and somehow only for the i7 model as I've read only other sites.
