Should i keep charging my MBP while it's fully charged? Or i should unplug the ac power and wait until the power ran out then charge again?

Keep your MBP plugged in while it's fully charged.

Keeping it plugged when you don't need the battery means AC will be used rather than the battery, which is good. The less you use the battery, the slower it will wear out (to a point - it will slowly deteriorate anyway so don't get self-conscious about not using the battery because it'll wear out eventually anyway). Also the new MBP's have 3x the normal lifespan of standard batteries (Apple's claim), so enjoy using your battery, but unplugging it "just" for the same of unplugging it won't help anything.

When you get your MBP your going to have to calibrate your battery.
Use it until it is full and then wait about 2 hrs and then use the battery until your laptop basically switches of.
Apple recommend that you do this once a month.
They also have instructions of how to do this on the Apple website.
