I just received my new MBA, and on the bottom left of the screen panel it is coming off the case (I can push it back and it sticks, but eventually it comes off again). Is this a serious problem (should i send it in for a replacement)?

It's covered under apple care. You paid a premium price for it. You should surely get it replaced. It will obviously be free of charge.
