The only disk maintenance program you need is Disk Utility, which comes preinstalled in OS X. Search for Disk Utility in Spotlight and run Disk Repair.

You only need to run this every once in a while. It fixes all the permission problems associated with the files and folders.

Your battery meter becomes inaccurate after using it X amount of times. You need to calibrate it for the correct reading.

Not necessary, but can make cleaning your Mac even easier: Onyx and/or MacJanitor.

There is no real need for that type of maintenance on Mac. It is not really all that necessary on Windows anymore either. One thing that would be worth your while however is an uninstaller like AppZapper.
