Is it possible to configure multiple VLANs for the Ethernet adapter on the ThunderBolt display?

On my old ThinkPads, I could configure a second adapter in Windows using the Intel software which would allow me to have one virtual adapter on VLAN 1 and another on our management VLAN. Just curious if I can do the same with my MBA and the ThunderBolt display.
