Could someone PLEASE for the 3rd time tell me how to fix the mouse problem. Even tho I have tried all settings, my mouse movement is weird. When I move slower, it lags and when I move fast, it jerks fastly.

Is this an Apple Mouse or a two button mouse from a PC? I have that same problem with my Microsoft mouse and it's intermittent. I just unplug the mouse, wait 5-10 secs and plug it back in, problem goes away.

Have you tried clearing your system cache, verifying/repairing permissions? Has the problem occurred after an update? I would also suggest running your maintenance scripts. I do all of the above once a month to keep the gremlins away.

Good news and the bad news! ...what you are describing sounds like the norm for OS X. It does have speed sensitive touchpad (or mouse) which does go from 'normal' when moving from one side of the screen to the other side (that is, fast movement) but when you slow your hand movement as you get closer to the target icon, it slows down much more than you enticipated and you have to over correct it to get to your target. This is norm in OS X. There are freewares out there that can increase your mouse spee but not to correct this. Over time you will get use to it. You decide what is good news and what is bad news! : )
