Is this really legal? I though Apple didn't allow Mac OS X installed in anything other than what Apple makes.

it is an apple notebook, you buy a macbook, send it to them, and they mod it with the new hardware.

Yeah, they mess around with a MacBook. And its not an official Apple tablet, just to clarify, as Apple did not manufacture or design this.

Cool thing, but I'm not keen on the whole cheating of apple. I'd love for apple to make a tablet notebook, but the whole concept of sending your MB in is interesting

As far as I know, that's not what happens. Axiotron buys the MacBooks from Apple directly, and modifies them, so you don't have to buy a MacBook and then send it in. :)

This is done for the MB then it can for sure be done for the macbook pro, dose not matter to me but I think tablets are annoying! Dunno why?

Except HP TX1000, now that's awesome!

Except usually tablets aren't 15.4-inch :p. They tend to stay below 13.3-inch.

Now that is my question why, I mean it is possible is there no market for such a thing?

I'm sure it's possible, in fact I think I saw a 15 inch at best buy a couple weeks ago. Coulda been a 14 though. Tablets are handier when they are small, so you can have them on your lap and such.
