    Mini-DVDs on the MBP?

    I haven't been able to find anywhere about how mini-dvds would work with the slot loading drive, a friend of mine has one and was not able to get them to load. There are a lot of them out there (camcorders, hardware drivers, etc) and it would be a shame if they wouldn't load with the drive configuration.

    But you could copy them to full-size DVD's.

    It won't work. It only works on tray loading devices. Don't even attempt it, because you'll get it stuck.

    Thanks all, go fig, I will have to use the wife's lappy if I need to take care of those DVDs, good thing I don't have that type of camcorder...!

    I think I remember seeing a kind of converter for mini dvds to work in something that takes standard dvds. It was a long time ago and it looked like a regular dvd, but had a place in it to drop in a mini-dvd. I think I saw at Staples when I was buying printer paper or something. I'm really not sure on this.
