    i dont know what going on

    i tried reinstalling both fusion and vista and it still doesnt work
    what do i have to do?

    Just delete the Boot Camp VM (Boot Camp partition.vmwarevm file) you currently have from VMWare and recreate it. You might also want to update your VMWare to the newer version.
