    Hi guys,

are most of you having similar problems with your MagSafe adapters? (see comments section) Link

Is Apple doing anything about it?

I assume that stuff is covered by warranty. I haven't had any problems yet. I wonder if the people with the breaking wires are pulling it out sideways, or if they're pulling straight on it, so as to give the hardest yank possible vs the magnet...

I'm not, but I must admit I was a little horrified when I read the reviews of the MagSafe adapters on the Apple Store site (though I do give Apple credit for not deleting them). I have a 60W and an 85W MagSafe adapter (I like having two adapters and figured I might as well buy a MBP adapter as a secondary one for my MacBook, so I will be covered if and when I buy a MBP), and have had no problems with either. I use the 3-prong cable with both, since I've heard it may cause less problems. As it happens I seldom need to coil either up, which may help somewhat.
