Do you think their will be a processor increase for the Macbook Pro at Mac world 2009? Intel does have a 2.93ghz with 6mb cache, running at 1066mhz fsb.

No, far too soon. If there are changes to the notebook lineup it'll just be the introduction of a 17" Unibody MBP, which may have that 2.93GHz processor as a BTO.
The rumoured focus of Macworld refreshes are the Mac Mini and the iMac. The iMac may use that 2.93GHz mobile Core 2 Duo, but it's rumoured Intel is making a lower powered desktop quad core lineup that Apple will switch to. -
