Anyone had problems with the macbook's wireless? I know a few people who have and haven't been able to figure out how to fix it. It's a bit frustrating because the wireless connection settings are are set up to be super *easy to use* so they don't give you many options to play around with if something goes wrong.

Anyway, I'm literally on the brink of buying a macbook myself but having now heard about this problem from 3 people and seen it action myself when my sister visited me recently I've had a bit of a pause for thought as wireless is pretty essential to me.

Anyone know what the deal is?

Try changing the channel of the Wireless Router. I know that can make a difference sometimes. My wife and I both have powerbooks and ours won't work with our Linksys G router on channel 4, 6, or 7.

    Works excellent on 11.
    Go figure.
