Suddenly I'm finding a lot of play in my macbook's (late 2007) right palmrest, has anyone noticed or suffered from this issue?

One more question, if Apple were to replace it would they suggest me to take it to a service provider or send a replacement palmrest to replace it myself?

    TIA

have you tried pushing it down at the edges just to make sure it hasnt come unclipped anywere ?

otherwise you could take it to a apple retail store for them to have a look at it.

Yes I did, made no difference.

Guess I need to get in touch with Apple Service Provider.
