Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with an Apple for school (specifically for law school). I'm considering the new Macbook but am uncertain if 13 inches would be too small. Also, will using bootcamp with XP Pro be feasible because every law school I've checked out states that XP pro is required to run examsoft or some other program for taking exams.
Thanks guys.

The MacBook can run Windows XP but I would strongly suggest that you go to your nearest Apple Store/Center and check it out yourself.
You may find the screen too small for your liking or the resolution too low for you. -
although, depending on how small the desks are, a 13" screen notebook might just be perfect. Actually, I like this upcoming laptop a lot

If you want to have a notebook that's portable and has a built-in rotating camera that would allow you to digitally record a lecture. Meaning, you could daydream during class and just catch up on the entire lecture later -
I'm in medical school, not law school, but a lot of people in my class have 12" ibooks/powerbooks. I think they are a good size for bringing to class, although the screen is a little small for my preference. I think the 13" screen on the new macbook would be perfect, though. The new keyboard is supposed to be good, too, which is vital for how much you're going to be typing.
edit: abaxter, if the m1210's camera can actually take usable video footage, I think that would be very useful. However, some professors/schools are very touchy about privacy policies and recording lectures, so they might not let you tape the lectures (if they saw you). -
It is good if you plan on carring it around with you to class and other places also you can run win xp on it.
