    How is the battery life on the Macbook? And if I use it daily, how long do you think it will last me?

    Also, is leaving macbook plugged even at full all day bad for it? Should I unplug when it's full and use it till it drains?

    What do you Macbook users do?

    when I'm at home, I keep it plugged in. The power doesn't come through the battery when it's connected to the plug. You can remove the battery when using the plug.

    Well, I considered the following:
    1)the battery wont charge if its above 95% charged;
    2) apparently its best to charge li-ion batteries when they have ~30% of charge left;

    So I have developed the following strategy. If at home, I leave it plugged in. After the charge drops to 95% - i.e., the batery is about to recharge, I unplug it and let it go down to 40%~30% and then I recharge it again. Every once in a while, say every two months, it is nice to recalibrate the battery as well.

    batery life on a macbook??? well, in two words it rocks. Some days I can use it about 4 hours to 4 hours and a half through all day with hibernating mode between some clases. Yeah, minimum brightness, but as the screen is really bright you can work on it with no problems.
