Macbook Pro-how well does it handle running at 100%?

I've kind of asked this before and never gotten a real answer (might have been on a different forum).

I'm wondering how well the new Macbook Pro seems to handle being pushed hard, having it's CPUs or GPU pegged at 100%.

I'd plan on running Vista most of the time, and whenever it's plugged in I'd be running Folding @ Home on both CPUs. The only time it wouldn't be doing that, it's because it would be doing video conversion from my Tivo (pegging it at 100%...) or running a game (pushing both the GPU and CPUs...)

The previous design, from last summer with a 65nm CPU got pretty loud after a minute if you ran Folding on it or played a game (in Windows or OS X). That might be fine, but it gave me the impression the system isn't really designed to be pushed to 100%.

One of the reasons I'm looking at Apple is their tech support is U.S. based, and I'd like to support them for that (not to mention it's supposed to be a lot better than everyone else's).

Not sure what you mean by pretty loud. If you mean do the fans come on when the GPU heat up, yes they do and you can hear them...like any other laptop...

I'd be wary of pushing the GPU constantly like that, especially due to the whole NVidia GPU's failing quite frequently. Also, the hard-drive is what I'd be really worried about, as the heat can cause that to fail.
