    Does anyone know how to enable the macbook pro keyboard backlight in XP?

    I would recommend to use Input Remapper. Please, note that you need to remove "Apple Keyboard Support" which came with Bootcamp before you install this since they will conflict with each other.

    Anyway, it works great on my MBP :)
