    Hi folks,

My friend has a new Macbook Pro, and every time she tries to burn a dvd of pictures (Raws and Jpegs), the dvd will get to 95% in verification then stop, with an error message (0x80020063). She hasn't tried to burn anything else on it. Any solutions?

Hm, I don't believe its not a file problem then, but probably a problem with the optical drive. Tell her to bring it to an Apple Store if you guys are near one, or an Apple authorized service provider.

You can also try a different brand of DVDs. My MBP drive seems to be fairly picky. Verbatim DVD+R seems to work well for me.

For DL, Fujifilm DVD+R DL worked before, but now no longer work. I can read all the ones I burned before, while the new ones I burn, my MBP can't read them back while they are perfectly readable on other computers. It's the same with Verbatim DL. Very strange. Sadly I'm out of warranty, so I guess I'll restrict myself to single layer burning which works fine.
