My Macbook Pro seems to lag a lot when I am Playing Oblivion using Bootcamp XP Pro.

I have installed Nvidia 163.75 drivers, and I get a 3dmark05 score of about 7300.

My settings in Oblivion are resolution of 1280x800, and all shadows turned off and all other settings on medium.

Does anyone have any ideas why it is lagging so much? My old Macbook Pro x1600 ran Oblivion better!!

Oblivion, similar to Windows, tends to be very temperamental. The guide Xander linked is a good bet, if that doesn't work try tinkering with your drivers.

My MBP was lagging a bit in F.E.A.R. after I had been using it perfectly fine for weeks. For me the solution was disconnecting the magsafe adapter then plugging it back in. For some really weird reason that was effecting the GPU performance....

Even though battery and Plugged In had (High Performance) selected and everything was set to (Always On)...

There seems to be a few kinks that Apple has yet to work out with running Windows natively.
