Have just upgraded my macbook pro to 4GB, a 500GB HDD and my snow leopard upgrade came today so that went on too!

Its pretty good; little difference in speed, if any and reclaimed space doesn't matter as it was a clean install. Haven't tried bootcamp yet, but as I've got a copy of Windows 7 I'll be trying it tomorrow.

Anyone got any questions? I have noticed though that the fan seems to run quite a bit more than it used to under 10.5, but I guess this is a good thing as its rearly that quiet that I can hear it anyhow.

Onto the big software tomorrow; the 1 1/2 hour install of Logic Studio! That takes ages and having to keep feeding it discs is a right pain.

All in all a good upgrade experience; time machine did its job toom quite impressed with it; hopefully it'll backup quicker in 10.6
