    Hi

I have a macbook 2007 model and there was an update to 10.5, it downloaded and told me to restart the macbook. Installation started ok, but for the last 2 hours the installation is stuck like at 20%... It does not continue. Its plugged in, i havent done anything to it.. Im scared to turn it off buy holding the button.
    Any suggestions please?
    Thanks

I turned it off and tried again it just wont install.. Why? Its stuck at configuring installation.

Boot from the OSX disk and run the disk utility. It should be able to recover the failed installed.
