I have a black macbook and recently it started acting really crazy. first it started waking up from sleep while the lid was still closed and immediatley returning to sleep state. it would do this constantly till the power was pulled.

After the power was pulled it would only start up when it felt like it.
right now it doesnt feel like turning on so it wont. ive tried resetting the PMU, no luck there. ive tried all kinds of combinations of the battery and power cord and no battery and power cord... and so on. No luck.

seems that the only time os comes on is if it just sits without poer for a long time and then i plug it in it will usually come on.

Plz help. Either it gets fixed or its get scrapped for parts on Ebay and back to pc for me.

I just got this thing 3 months ago.

    Seconded.

If you only bought it 3 months ago, it is under manufacturer's warranty. So, call them up and see what they say. This advice applies whether you are on a PC, Mac, Amiga or whatever.

    Regards,

Definitely sounds fishy to me. I'd agree with the others and call Apple if I were you!
