    Hello

I brought a spares n repairs MacBook Pro (17-inch Early 2008) model from ebay a week ago, i just checked my serial number and said i have Apple's Limited Warranty which expires in March 2009. Would i be able to get it fix by apple for FREE with my Limited Warranty?

It say the following service option(s) i have is to see an Apple Authorized Service Provider An a Apple Store Genius Bar.

So there is a probably with the MBP? If it is defective, yes, Apple will fix it, if its like not working because of an accident like spilling coffee, no, Apple won't cover it.

Hm, then Apple won't cover it because the warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, unfortunately!

yes, apple warranty doesnt cover accidental damage. so, NO, apple wont repair your laptop.

you might have more luck, talking with the seller. does the ebay page describe that the screen been smashed? is the shipping to blame? if so, does the shipping include insurance?
