    Hey guys!

As the titles says, feel free to post any info regarding the upcoming refresh, leaks, pics, rumors, etc.

From what I've seen on the web the new MBPs are supposed to get thinner, almost like the MBAir 2011.

Also, they are expected to sport the famous retina display with high gamut, amazing viewing angles and resolution bump/higher pixel density.

There's also a rumor about liquid metal parts being used in the new gen.

I really hope the retina display (matte) becomes a reality and I can finally switch over to the Apple camp for good.

This forum has been over this issue time and again. We won't know anything until Apple makes it so. Until then there is zero point in speculating.

Take a look at the ivy samsung series 7 refresh details.... I have a feeling the macbook pro hardware will be similar...

2.3GHz i7 3615QM, while the suspected ATI GPU seems to have been switched out for an NVIDIA GeForce 650M. Memory is now 8GB of RAM

Do we really need another one of these threads? What's the point of even speculating? I can speculate that we will see an all glass design with a liquid plasma CPU and fiber optical jelly capable of storing 938567389457 TB of information in a single drop and the CPU will be on par with a 32-core 5GHz Xeon setup with 15000 TB of RAM. What's the point? I'm gonna go ahead and close this since this is easily the hundredth thread/post about this topic in the last few weeks.
