    Mac) How to record internal sounds as well as external sounds?

    For using public Mac computer where you can't download new software: With either QuickTime Player, Audacity, or Garageband can you record both the internal sounds (hearable in earphones) and the external sounds at the same time? If so, how?

    For my own Mac: What is a good software to do this if not any of the listed above?

    I have used soundflower (Google it). Works great.
