Being a user of both operating systems(15" Mac Book, 17" Dell PC).....

in the end, although Windows has a lot more things you can do on it.... my Mac Book gets the vote for the better computer. I love my mac. I've had it for like 6 months or so... It still runs lighting fast... macs are so much easier to navigate then Windows, I haven't gotten spyware once... I love the portability.... It's just great. I recommend the Mac Book to anyone who is looking for a new computer.

What do you feel you can do in windows that you can't do in OS X? The only thing I can't do in XP that I can do in OS X is change the shell (and I guess game).
I feel that OS X has a lot more it can do that XP can't.

This is one of the more annoying shortcomings of Windows. The da**ed registry will slow a machine to a crawl. I've seen AMDs X2 4800 running slower than Pentium IIs.

I use both but for gamming I use windows. I think the windows games are alot easier to find than mac games.
