    Mac OS X locks up

    I turn on the Mac it loads with Icons but when you try to click on an icon nothing. Tryed clicking on the apple (top left corner) nothing the dam thing just sets there. Anyone have any ideas?

    You'll need to post more information than that. Is this a brand new Mac, have you just upgraded to Lion or did this just suddenly happen one day? What model do you have?

    Do you still have AppleCare on it? If yes, try giving Apple a call.

    You may want to try booting up into safe mode... sometimes just doing that once fixes issues... but it would at least give you access to try to look for what might be running on start up thats messing your mac up.
