Hi.
Here's the full story, at work from August to Jan I was using webmail to access my email, but in January I switched to Outlook on an Acer laptop with Windows 7.
At the weekend though, I bought a macbook pro 13". So I added my email account in 'Mail'. I received a few emails straight away but they were just my latest emails, not my entire inbox which I wanted!
This morning though I was able to download my emails from the webmail site however that only includes my emails up to January of this year.
The thing is that I restored my old laptop to factory settings yesterday as I am going to sell it.
What I am wondering, is there anyway to download my outlook inbox to 'Mail'? or because my I restored my laptop to factory settings, the emails are lost?
Thanks, Sean.

Chances are, you had your prior emails stored physically on your computer. If your work email isn't done through Exchange, you might not be able to get them back if they were downloaded onto the Acer and you wiped it.
Try going into Mail settings and seeing if there's a limit to how much recent emails you get. Something like "Download email from X amount of weeks" or similar. -
Thanks for the reply, I'll give that a go. Tonight when I'll go home I'll re-install outlook and add my account to it and see if anything happens.
