This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     hello, i read (on the net) somewhere that Mac OS X does not verify its file during or after copy of a file/data.

    any truth to the claim? can someone elaborate? any experience?

    btw, i already try to find the original article/comment where i got the info from, but couldnt...

    anyone ever had corrupt file on mac (because of the OS not eg. HDD broken)?
