    Hi guys,
I did my research before buying my next macbook pro. And I found that Macconnection.com have the best deal. Their price is $1669 after mail in rebate which is pretty close to Mac refurbished price. And it's even cheaper than macmall.
Here's the link: Mac Connection - Detail
I wonder if anyone here have experience buying from them before? Are they reliable? How long does it take them to mail the rebate out?
If you know anything about them, please share here.
    Thanks for reading.

I've never dealt with them before, but I do know that amazon charges $50 more, without a rebate. Some people, like me, don't like waiting for rebates.

Nice price though. I'm partial to refurbs because I don't care about the box all that much.

Last rebate I got for something took over a month to get and when it showed up it was like a debit card with the amount on it.

    Never Again!!

I've had some take longer than a month... I had one take 9 months... one that took so long I don't really know how long it took.

I'm still waiting on a Verizon rebate for my Incredible. I sent the rebate in a month ago and it hasn't come yet.

yeah, I hate rebate just like kid hate vegetables :).
I heard that macbook refubished are in the same condition with the new one. So if I have a problem with a mac refurbished. Can I come to apple store as ask them to replace me another macbook instantly?

It would be like any other Macbook where they would work on it, I believe. They wouldn't just replace your laptop with a new one. If you purchase AppleCare for it, they would treat it just like a regular laptop.

Refurbs have all wear parts replaced on them before they are sold. They're pretty much new, but the box is nondescript brown cardboard instead of the normal one.
