Anyone out there have the combination?

I have the 160classic, but am in need of a laptop and was thinking if MBP could handle my library.

The only thing you have to worry about is how much GB of space your music will take up, there's no issues otherwise!

OS X will be about 20 GB (that includes iLife and all the printer drivers and stuff). If you won't be using stuff like GarageBand, then you can lower probably to 10-15 GB. Office won't be more than 2 GB, I'm not sure exactly how much!

you can install OS X Leopard with less than 10GB when just dealing with the operating system, I have a minimal install of OS X on an external drive to help troubleshoot my system as well as being able to boot up into a system on any computer that is my own.

if you have 160gb of music I am terrified.
