    Hi guys i got the oct 2008 released mbp about a month agoo. when i first got it was perfectly quite but recently has gotten a lot more noisier with the fan even wen i just surf the net. is this normal and has anyone else experience this?

    Get iStat Pro and run it. The fans should be running at ~2k rpms while doing light stuff like surfing the net.
