So I spilled a tinny bit of water on my MBP 13". Apple says the logicboard needs to be replaced, and it'll cost me a minimum of $700.

The funny thing is, I had my logicboard replaced for free previously, when I reported the headphone port wasn't working.

Apple claims Apple Care does not cover water and physical damage, but my logicboard was replaced previously because the headphone port was physically damaged when I dropped it.

So I feel like there must be some loophole here I can exploit, and get my logicboard replaced for free under Apple Care.

    Ideas, my evil compatriots?

so you dropped it and they fixed it for free when they shouldn't have... now you spilled water on it and they aren't going to give you a second free pass... sounds like you need to learn to be a bit more careful with your laptops.

That is outright fraud. Your warranty policy does not cover damage caused by you.
