That's your opinion :). Its a personal thing, there's no justifiable way of calling one better than the other. I have a MacBook and I prefer the feel of the keyboard over the MacBook Pro keyboard, and the MacBook Air keyboard is even better with the backlighting. Your pick! :)

I haven't tried the MBA's keyboard extensively, but from my personal experience, the MB's keyboard has a lot more volume.. if that makes any sense.

For example, when I press down on the MB's keys vs. the MBP's keys, it moves down a lot more, and it almost kind of "clicks". While on the MBP's keyboard, it presses down very quietly and sometimes, to me, it feels like I didn't even press down on the key. I personally like the MB's keyboard better.

However, the back lighting for the MBP and the MBA would be nice on the MB. :)

Exactly! That's why I said "I love the..." and didn't say "THAT KEYBOARD IS THA SHIZZLE!" :D

I really like the iMac/Macbook's "chicklet" style keyboard, but I also love the MBP's backlighting... so the MBA's keyboard would be my favorite, I guess.

I personally love the MBP keyboard. The MB keyboard is...different, and its alright, but its not that fantastic. The MBA keyboard is the MB keyboard with less key travel == not as good.

MBP keyboard is up there with the best of them though, really. Looks nice, feels nice, soft key presses, good travel, etc.

i really like my MBP keyboard, but not nearly as much as my thin Aluminum Apple keyboard (new iMacs), so as far as portable keyboards go, MacBook Air is pretty much where its at.

not to mention the enormous touchpad, that thing is glorious.

the MBA keyboard doesn't have less travel than the MacBook.

I use keyboards on all of these different machines nearly everyday of the week (for reasons i won't, and probably can't actually discuss), and I really enjoy using them all honestly. but I am also an adapter, not a whiner ^_^

I have both a Macbook Pro and a slim aluminium Apple Keyboard, and whilst the slim keyboard is really nice to type, on I have to say I do prefer the keyboard which is on the Macbook Pro itself. The feel of the keys and how you type on them etc and the backlighting makes it an awesome keyboard all up.
And everybody who has used my MBP has commented on what a nice keyboard it has. :p
