    MBP HDD Optical Bay enclosure?

    hi guys just want to ask is there any alternative that is cheaper than the Optibay which is sold for $99?
    say in a website , and i think its quite expensive compare to the HDD optical bay enclosure that i bought for my clevo ( $14 )
    any help is pretty appreciated :)

    not to thread jack but id like to know if anyone has an alternative as well. Also if anyone knows what the battery life is with a secondary drive.

    have any links? i don't seem to be able to find it
    those enclosures only have a single screw on it , i remember the MBP optical bay has 3 screws to secure it

    well most of caddy from the search results claims compability with unibody MBP , but from what i see in the pictures they one have one instead of three screws

    I wouldn't worry about the screws. you're just going to want to get it in there and secure it. you won't need to screw through anything to do that.

    I'll have to draw you a picture or something for how mine is in there. but it's not going anywhere.
