When running on integrated graphics and browsing the web, the entire laptop stays lukewarm except for the back bottom middle where it gets a little warm, but still bareable to have on your lap.

If you are playing a video game + using dedicated graphics, it's going to get hot, but just keep it on a table if you are gaming.

I noticed that it is quite a bit cooler now that I'm forcing the integrated graphics all the time. I just used the laptop on my lap while streaming a video and typing notes in powerpoint. Everywhere on the laptop is room temperature, except the back bottom middle. This wasn't the case when I first got the laptop because it defaulted to dedicated graphics. So definitely use gfxCardStatus to keep it on integrated and it stays pretty cool.

Also, I am using the 15" $2200 model with the 6750m in it.
