    My MBA's superdrive (external) is not reading any media and ejecting them automatically after a minute, the superdrive is barely 4 months old, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Sounds like it's having issues pressing the disc down onto the rotating mechanical device. You're going to have to either call AppleCare or bring it to a store for a fix or replacement.
